Scheduling weekly DBIT meeting

Hi everyone,

because of low attendance of major stakeholders I talked to Tim and we
strongly suggest to move the weekly DBIT developers and core users
meeting one hour later to 10:30 CE(S)T or 9:30 IST/DST.

If this proposal is uncomfortable to someone who really wants to attend,
please speak up and make some proposals - I will collect proposals from
others and setup a Doodle then.
