a "use Carp;" statement

I think riba and I would agree that there should be a template to copy
for *any* DBD as a strating-kit

USAGE:
  $ cd /your/DBD-xxx
  $ perl -MDBI-Test -we'install_templates()'
  $ perl dbi-test-tumbler.pl
  $ prove -j4 -sr out

Maybe I am too narrow-minded, but I like to work from the results
backward. I find it hard to comment on anything that I do not know
how to use.
