How do you determine which Sybase version Sybperl was compiled against?

I need to find out what version of the Sybase OpenClient was used to build Sybperl on one of my Unix boxes. Can this be determined after the fact? I know you can use Sybase::CTlib::Version to determine what version of drivers are loaded at runtime, but I need to know which were used at compile time.
