Feature request: get both raw HTML and visible text

At the moment one can choose to set keep_html true or false.  If one
asks for visible text only, there's no way to peek and see the HTML.
If one sets keep_html there is no simple way to get visible text.

It would be handy to have a function

    HTML::TableExtract::strip_html()

which does the same thing as the module's internal HTML-stripping.
Then one could turn on keep_html and use this function to get visible
text when needed.
