Problem running HTML::TableExtract

Hello,
I'm having difficulties running HTML::TableExtract.
While running make test, I get the following error:
# Failed test 'use HTML::Table extract;'
# at t/00_basic.t line 2
# Tried to use 'HTML::TableExtract'
# Error Can't loicate loadable object for module HTML::Parser in @INC .....
