...if it doesn't work and its not documented, then dont do that. Or just
create a H::T when you actually want to use it...


loop_context_vars is pretty cheap so just use them,
global_vars can be expensive if you have lots of loops and sub-loops and
sub-sub-loops, etc. with big pages.
