You have to address the operationalAttributes explicit by their names,
and all the user-Attribute by '*':

Try:
  $mesg = $ldap->search( ... ,
                         attrs => [
    '*',
    'createTimestamp',
    'creatorsName',
    'modifiersName',
    'modifyTimestamp'
    ]
                       );
