[Crypt::SSLeay] make test problems on Liunux

Hi, 

I tried to install Crypt-SSLeay-0.51 on Linux 2.6.8-24.10 and received the following error:

FAILED--2 test scripts could be run, alas--no output ever seen
make: *** [test_dynamic] Error 255
