Handling client-side JavaScript is out of the scope of LWP. So either you 
reverese engineer and emulate what the JS is doing by using Perl, or you use 
something like:

* http://search.cpan.org/perldoc?WWW::Selenium

Or maybe:

* http://search.cpan.org/dist/WWW-Mechanize-Firefox/

* http://search.cpan.org/dist/Win32-IE-Mechanize/
