Hi Jonathan,

I'm one of the PAUSE admins.

I'm happy to transfer the first-come indexing permission for HTML::Formatter to you, but first I wante to check that you're aware that there are nearly 100 other distributions on CPAN which rely on this distributions. Which means you need to be more cautious with any releases, as if you bring HTML::Formatter, you may end up breaking some or all of those distributions.

As a mature module, this means not changing the existing interface, not breaking existing behaviour, and keeping an eye on CPAN Testers whenever you do a release. And doing developer releases if you're making changes of any complexity.

And of course, the distribution will need to retain original author attribution and copyright / licence. You see that multiple people have maintained it over the years.

With all that said, would like you to go ahead and adopt it?
