How to embed Mail-audit / SpamAssassin into Windows-XP ?

Hi everyone,

Being flooded by 100 spams/day I decided to look at SpamAssassin,
with instructions for Windows at :

I installed it (after loading and installing Perl and the rest;-) and
under DOS it now works, at least the "final" test (#13) works OK,
. . . (at the cost of several tens of Megabytes ;-(

#13. Test the two files. Make sure they both run fine 
and the spam reports on each result file are appropriate :
spamassassin -D -t < sample-nonspam.txt > results-nonspam.txt 
spamassassin -D -t < sample-spam.txt > results-spam.txt 

Also without -D (debug) they work (re X-flag and #hits: 0 resp 1000)

To embed it in Windows was mentioned : "if you use Mail-audit" .. etc.
Which is where I am lost. Can someone direct me to fool-proof 
instructions for making (*) WindowsXP / Mail-audit / SpamAssassin (*)
to work? My main problem is : how to get from DOS commandline
SpamAssassin to Mail-audit and to my emailer ?? (Outlook Express) 

It seems that (*) is rather for specialists and hobbyists,
and not for the regular user, is that so? Do I better forget it?
