Mail::Box::Parser::C licence?

Mail::Box::Parser::C doesn't seem to have any licence listed anywhere
(there's nothing in the main pod, and the README leaves this section
blank!)

I'm assuming it's the same terms as Mail::Box as a whole? If so it would
be useful to list it as it's shipped separtely.
