I would like to improve > $msg->date. I'll look but I think it comes down to if there is a bogus date there is a bogus date. Us 'sometimes' clue-less (me specifically) need to keep that in mind. I spend a lot of time chasing down 'mail problems' that turn out to be DNS issues so I forget that Mail is just a text file and anything can go into it. I'll revisit $msg->date and see if my memory is failing me or I did have problems. And this has all been an aside to my real problem -- the Multipart/Nested errors.
