Maybe Mark can include the debian/ directory within his Mail-Box release tarball so we can just
do a dpkg-buildpackage.

Mark, see the libmail-box-perl_2.055-1.diff.gz file on
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/perl/libmail-box-perl which contains the debian/ contents.
