Given this (bad) header found in a spam:

Content-Type: text/html;cmq90.neoplus.adsl.tpnet.pl [83.31.144.90]

the loop in Mail::Message::Field::Structured->parse will run infinitely.

In this case, $found will contain "cmq90.neoplus.adsl.tpnet.pl". I'd
fix it, but I don't know if it should be eaten by consumeComment(),
consumePhrase(), or something else entirely.

Any ideas?
