There is a folder type implementation named 'Mail::Box::Netzwert', which
is not open source.  It uses the IMAP4 protocol and was developed after
Mail::Box::IMAP4.  During that development, I probably broke Mail::Box::IMAP4
a bit, and I was (till now) to "lazy" to check for it.  Sorry.

Please feed me bugs!  (outside the mailinglist?  Not to bother all other
list lurkers too much)
