Michael Schwern did some work on VCfs (at svn.scratchcomputing.com) to
enable git. CPDK::Publish needs a small change to get the svn-specific
stuff abstracted (followed by minor tweaks on VCfs to not break svn
usage.)
(And then at some point I'll point all of this stuff at itself and the
quantum states will collapse into tangible distributions on the CPAN.)
