Adding a directory with various files to a distribution

Hi,

I am working on a content management system that I want to upload to CPAN. As part of the distribution, I want to add a sample website with some configuration files, some templates, some html files, and some gifs. What is the best way to add a whole directory with various files to a distribution - I want all of these files to be in their own "example" directory in the root directory of the tarball.
