No.  Is there a PDF diff tool?  Never heard of that before....

The good news is ttfont is working so I don't have trouble with using custom
fonts.

Bad news is still the problem with paragraphs not showing.  Ugh.

Well, I'm just as stumped as you are. Have you tried a diff on the PDF
files? It might tell you something.
