Article Tool - Text Threading

Dear Group

One of my colleague would like to know if it is possible to enable the "Text Threading" option in a PDF? This is something similar to using "Article Tool" option in Acrobat7 Professional -> Tools -> Advanced Editing -> Article Tool.
