I dont' have yet any suggestions, but I'd like to thank you for your
great work. Some important part of my professional life owns a lot to
you. 

I'd like to take over the open source development myself but I've got
a 2 years child and I perfectly understand why you can't keep up anymore.

I'm sure that a solution will be found anyway...
