There has been no "official" PAR website for some time.
Please refer to the pages of PAR, PAR::Packer and Module::ScanDeps on MetaCPAN instead.
There's also the mailing list [email protected] (cf. https://lists.perl.org/list/par.html
for archives).

Depends on what "supported" means. I consider it "in maintenance mode".
