Endurance International is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer
for our Burlington, MA office.  In this role, you will work on our core
web hosting platform, a cornerstone piece of infrastructure at
Endurance.  You will have the opportunity to acquire and improve
critical enterprise development skills as well as learn and participate
in the processes that keep an enterprise operation running. 
Additionally, you will operate cross-functionally within the
organization which includes: security, operations, architecture, and
other development teams. 

This is a fulltime/direct hire position located at our headquarters in
Burlington - telecommute is not an option.

Responsibilities

  * Write clean, well-formed, testable, and sustainable software
    following the accepted coding standards
  * Participate in a fast-paced, Agile team focused on refactoring,
    extending, and maintaining our enterprise hosting software
  * Resolve problems of moderate scope and engage assistance from more
    experienced team members where appropriate
  * Participate in code reviews, collaborate on changes, and work well
    in a team environment
  * Willing and able to take part in an on-call rotation to keep our
    platform running 24/7
  * Identify ways our software products may be failing to meet the needs
    of our enterprise scale business
  * Build productive working relationships with other developers and
    peers throughout the organization

Minimum Qualifications

  * 2+ years of experience in software and systems development
  * Strong experience writing software in Perl
  * Basic familiarity with SQL and understanding of RDBMS
  * Experience with source control
  * A strong desire to solve problems and learn new technologies
