Hi! I know this is a very late notification, so my apologies. There *is* a meeting tonight for Boston PM. I will be screening Chad Granum’s 2018 Perl Conference talk where he introduces the Test2 suite of modules. Test2 is a replacement for many of the Test modules, which comes with advanced comparison features, and a version of Ruby’s “SPEC” DSL. In addition, I have a bunch of tests written using Test2, which I will have on my iPad, so we can look at them if people are interested. The room is different than it has been usually — we are in E51, room 151 — on the *first* floor, hidden away near the back elevator and stairs. From Bill’s prior email: Talk 7.30 pm, (social 7-.7:30) Tuesday, April 9 Location - MIT E51-151 (1st floor, by the big elevator, Sloan School Tang Building, Amherst St at Wadsworth St, Cambridge MA, near Kendall Sq T and easy-off Memorial Drive) * NOTE: new room 151 is on the first floor. * Refreshments in the hallway prior. * RSVP for count encouraged but not required, to [email protected] or Boston-PM list, by 5pm Tuesday (yes, I’m afraid that’s a little less than an hour, my apologies again). * Parking Alert is largely cancelled. E51 parking is available to visitors after 5 again. Detours are still in effect. See MIT Directions page for details.
