Announce: Perlito version 9; Perl5 and Perl6 compilers

Perlito is a compiler collection that contains both a Perl 5 compiler
(perlito5) and a Perl 6 compiler (perlito6):

    - Perl5 to Javascript (browser and node.js)

    - Perl6 to Javascript (browser and v8 command-line)
    - Perl6 to Perl5 (v6.pm, runs in perl 5.8 and up)
    - Perl6 to Python (Python 2.6 and 2.7)
