PoCo::IRC and Google's Summer of Code

Hi. I will be applying to GSoC, wishing to spend some time improving PoCo::IRC.

I already have some ideas, but I'd like to hear some thought on other
possible PoCo::IRC things to do. Do you have any feature requests or
pet peeves with PoCo::IRC?
