Ahh, I just ran it here and didn't get the warnings. My Term::Cap is v1.12

I looked at the Changes and it seems like 1.10 added the code to make
the warnings go away. I'll double-check this and if it's the case I'll
bump the Term::Cap dependency in POE. It's considered an optional
dependency so it won't force you to update :)
