Already on PAUSE. It might even be on your favorite CPAN mirror by now. You can read the CHANGES at https://metacpan.org/module/POE As cautioned, it includes internals changes surrounding SIGCHLD handling. Session lifespans have also been subtly redefined where SIGCHLD is concerned. These changes may be user-facing to people who aren't using sig_child().
