So likely we have an incompatible exit value on File::Copy, but I  
don't know offhand why autodie cares about that.  Needs looking into.

lib/ExtUtils/basic.t fails with:

but we're still at MakeMaker 6.50 in maint so I'll see if this is  
repeatable with the 6.50_03 now in blead.
