module build

Hi,

I'm sure everyone else knew this about Module::Build

VMS 8.3 perl 5.10-1

Installing module Test::Pod 1.41

Unlike the previous version, 1.40, 1.41 
makes use of build rather than mm.

Welcome to the 21st century.

On VMS, the incantion is

perl build.pl
@build
@build "test"
@build "install"

and, install does NOT make an entry in

perl_root:[lib.VMS_AXP.5_10_1]perllocal.pod

But, with the above incantation it did work.

And, instead of perllocal.pod, it did write:

perl_root:[lib.site_perl.VMS_AXP.auto.Test.Pod].packlist
