Re: test PCSI kits for Perl 5.18.0

There are updated test kits based on Perl 5.18.1 at =
<https://sourceforge.net/projects/vmsperlkit/files/>.  There have been =
no significant problems reported on the previous kits; the delay in =
releasing final kits is because I've been waiting for a third party who =
promised to do some testing but hasn't for three months.  I'm now =
planning to release final kits on 1 September (this year!) unless there =
are significant problems reported in the current kits.  Promises to do =
testing after 1 September are still welcome, but the results won't be =
taken into account until a subsequent release.
