Intent to post an easy quiz

Hi all -

Glad to see a renewed interest in Perl Quiz of the Week, particularly an
interest in programming challenges of easy-to-medium difficulty.

I wrote up an "easy" quiz last summer that was put in the queue, but never
got posted.  If nobody objects, I'll send it to this list on Wednesday,
February 9.

(Does "intent to post" seem like an OK way to manage a rate of one quiz
per week in the absence of a list moderator?  Or should we elect a
moderator?  :)
