Yes, but it could very well be that you want to make it clear that your preprocessor comments are about the preprocessor and the CSS comments are about the CSS. I have to admit, I think I'm missing something about this particular quiz. What are we gaining that a standard templating tool such as Template Toolkit doesn't provide?
