[ADMIN] We need more volunteers

As you know, I no longer have time to write up the final reports
myself; we now depend on volunteers.  Right now the supply of
volunteer quizzes is too small.  n particular, everyone seems to want
to pose and write up very difficult quiz questions, suitable only for
the "expert" quizzes.  I don't think I have any volunteer for regular
quiz #19, which should go out in two weeks.  If nobody comes forward,
we won't be able to have a quiz.

Folks seem to be under a misapprehension about what is needed, and
keep helpfully sending pointers to files of possible quiz problems.
But we have plenty of questions.  What we need is for more people to
volunteer to do the reports afterwards.

If you think you might be iterested in doing a sample solution report,
send a note to perl-qotw-submit.  I will be happy to pick out a quiz
problem and send it out for you; all you have to do is read the
responses and write up the sample solution.

If more people don't do this, the Perl QOTW will not be able to
continue for very long.
