Sounds like a good idea to me. I don't know how likely
breakage will be despite the Mouse folks' tests against
Test::Builder1.5. Maybe allow the user to override the
Mouse detection by specifying TB2_RODENT_INTERNAL=1 and
emit a diag() alerting the user to that setting and the
rodent module currently being used at the beginning of
each run. (Nice publicity for the internal TB2::Mouse.)
