[PQAH2012] Financial Report -- final

Hello,

This is the financial report of the Perl QA Hackathon 2012.
It was a nice exercise of accountancy :-)

I'm happy to announce that the Perl QA Hackathon 2013 will start
with € 1495.66, let me know when/how you want it.
