TPF Devel::Cover grant report Week 2

In accordance with the terms of my grant from TPF this is the report for
week 2 of my work on Devel::Cover.

This report covers 26.05 to 01.06.

This week I was busy with other matters and so I wasn't able to do any
work on Devel::Cover.  Or, at least, none that I want to charge to the
grant.
