I think you should really look at Tcl/Tk related mailing lists or
news groups --- themes will first be implemented there and will
be available in a forthcoming Perl/Tk release more or less automatically.
Or if you're using Tcl::Tk instead of Perl/Tk, there will be available
automatically.
