win32 SDL

Do any of the SDL or OpenGL Perl scripts work for Windows? The test scripts 
that come with the packages always fail, "Can't locate loadable object...," 
if I simply copy the CPAN package contents to my Perl ..\lib folder. There 
is no Activestate distribution to download. I'm guessing there are some 
dll's (or something) that are required?
