Change scrollbar/scale slider image ?

Is there any way to replace the slider image ?

I've nearly completed a canvas based StyledButton
widget (ala Tk::Zinc, but as a 90+% drop-in replacement for
the existing Tk::Button, ie, no new API), and I'm trying
to whip up Styled versions of common widgets that use
buttons (DialogBox, Dialog, ErrorDialog, FontDialog,
evetually Tk::DynaTabFrame),
and was hoping there might be a way to apply the techniques
used for the styled button to Scrollbar/Scale widgets.

Worst case, I spose I could set sliderlength to 1, then somehow
bind a Styled image to the slider and apply updates as it moves,
but that seems a bit compute/resource intensive.
