three minor questions

Hi!
Three questions:

1) Where can I find more bitmaps?

2) How can I find out what the hex code is for the
default gray on my comp. (its NOT #d9d9d9)

3) What is the feature called, you can make appear
when you point the mouse over i.e. a button (you know
the yellow box with some text in it which typically
explains what the button does)

Please, feel free to answer just some of the questions
