The Debian bug is:

Note that it's been closed because the bug is not actually in perl-tk listbox.

However the widget demo application mentioned in the bug is broken, when you
run it you get a window of demonstration applications, each of these open
when selected but the ones that use listboxes don't do anything when you try
to select list items.
