The configure process fails with the following message:


Please set MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET to 10.3 or above at /PATH/TO/Wx-0.9923/build/Wx/build/MakeMaker/MacOSX_GCC.pm line 9.


MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET *is* set to 10.3 or above: specifically, it's set to 10.10. The script is comparing the deployment target as if it were a floating point number, which it is not.
