I have three changes I think, and we should discuss them:

- 3.0.1 - Does this conflict with Mark has applied?
- 3.0.2 - No problem.
- wxTimer wrapping changes.  Without the changes, I get a crash, with 
them I get a run-time warning. I prefer the warning, but it is still not 
perfect.
