Thanks for the kind words.

I have no problem with the attribution as it is. I appreciate those that
have gone before and have shared what they learned in the process. I did a
lot of "software archaeology" in my career and have seen good and bad
documentation and I guess starting out in 1975 fixing a 150,000 line
assembly language energy control center package, I tend to over comment.
Always leave it better than you found it...
