I have no idea what is going on here. It seems that FAQ is hardwired to the
MediaWiki FAQ. Maybe since the latest upgrade?

I've changed it to an external link to
http://wiki.wxperl.nl/index.php?title=FAQ, which seems to work.

Memo to all: Please update the FAQ now it is accessible again.
