nope, no idea. that's a question you should ask activestate.

On mac I use perlbrew to install perl and then install modules directly
from cpan. I packaged apps without problem for Windows using wxpar (but
developing on mac), but never packaged for Mac deployment.. Maybe anyone
else on the ml has experience with such deployment :)
