Hi Ron,

This is very good.  But I don't yet have a feel for what the book will 
look like.

Is there any chance we could draft a few chapters?

Why don't you ask the responders in this thread if they would like to 
draft something each.

And I would like to, please give me a chapter draft.

Maybe we can develop some style guidelines as we go.
