HI,
the Perl Package Manager PPM
(http://search.cpan.org/~murray/PPM-2.1.3/bin/ppm.pl) is an
alternative to CPAN in some respects. It is used by ActiveState Perl
on Win32 systems a lot and a very comfortable way to install modules.
As long as you find the module you re looking for as PPM. ActiveState
seems to maintain the biggest repository of this kind and the
university of Winnipeg the alternative. I am sure you find about this
as much as you like when you google any of these things.

best
Maurice
