Well, XPS is a rather fringe project, so it's not
too surprising. :-) The module was originally part of the AxKit
application server, but as it was also useful as a standalone
xml templating system it became a module by its own right.

Yes, it should work. The current version of XPS can
uses either XML::LibXML or XML::XPath as its DOM engine. As the
latter is Pure Perl, it should ensure that XPS can run anywhere.
But then, if you have Strawberry Perl then XML:::LibXML is
(iirc) bundled with the core modules, so it shouldn't even
be an issue.
